3 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Cut feta cheese in half and lay in a baking dish. Rinse the tomatoes and halve. Rinse scallions, shake dry and cut into rings. Rinse basil and parsley, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and chop coarsely.

Mix oil with vinegar, scallions and herbs and season with salt and pepper. Spread the tomatoes over the cheese and add the marinade. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
