- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
- 2 chili peppers (finely chopped)
- 4 Tbsps Rice wine
- ⅞ cup chicken stock
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 Tbsps light soy sauce
- 14 ozs pork fillets (cut into thin strips)
- 14 ozs Squid (cut into thin strips)
- 2 shallots (sliced)
- 2 Tbsps Rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Tbsp chopped mint
- 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
Preparation steps

Heat the oil and gently cook the garlic and chillies until softened.

Pour in the rice wine and stock, then stir in the honey, ginger and soy sauce. Add the pork and squid to the pan, then cover and cook gently over a very low heat for 5 minutes.

Transfer to a bowl and mix with the shallots, vinegar and sesame oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4.
Divide between serving bowls and sprinkle with mint and coriander.
