- 3 Tbsps Ghee (or clarified butter)
- 1 ¼ cups Spelt flakes
- 3 cups milk
- 1 Tbsp ground Cardamom
- 3 Tbsps Shredded coconut
- 3 Tbsps runny honey
Preparation steps
1.
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pot. Add the spelt flakes and then add the milk.

Cook on a medium heat for around 20 min until the spelt softens. Stir in the cardamom and the coconut.
3.
Remove from the heat and add the remaining ghee and the honey. Serve immediately.
