1 ⅔ cups milk
1 pinch salt
2 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps honey

Preparation steps

1.
Place the buckwheat in a pot with the milk and around 300 ml water and bring to the boil. Stirring occasionally steep on a medium heat for about 15 minutes so that a thick porridge is created. If necessary add some more water.

Finally stir in the butter and season with honey and cinnamon. Pour into bowls and serve.
