4 cups milk
3 cups mixed whole grains (oat, barley, wheat and rye)
0.333 cup raisins
½ cup Hazelnuts (roughly chopped)
2 Tbsps Maple syrup (or honey)
1.333 cups natural Yogurt
1 ⅔ cups ripe Blackberry
2 ripe Apple (sliced)

Preparation steps

1.
Bring the milk to the boil. Stir in the grains and boil once again. Add the raisins, stir well and pour into a bowl.
2.
Cover and leave to cool. Steep overnight in the fridge. The next day stir in the nuts, syrup or honey and the yogurt. Serve in bowls topped with the blackberries and the apples.
