Whole Grain and Berry Breakfast Bowl

Bring the milk to the boil. Stir in the grains and boil once again. Add the raisins, stir well and pour into a bowl.
Cover and leave to cool. Steep overnight in the fridge. The next day stir in the nuts, syrup or honey and the yogurt. Serve in bowls topped with the blackberries and the apples.
