2 tablespoons White vinegar

salt and freshly ground pepper
250 grams mixed lettuce
100 grams Arugula
6 Tomatoes
Cucumber
2 Onions
50 grams Black olives

Preparation steps

Cut the mozzarella into pieces. Mix the vinegar with the lemon juice and olive oil and season with pepper. Pour over the mozzarella, cover and marinate for 1 hour.

Trim and rinse the lettuce and arugula and shake dry. Rinse the tomatoes and cucumber and cut both into slices. Peel the onions and cut into rings.

Mix the prepared salad ingredients with the marinated mozzarella, the olives and the hot peppers and serve seasoned with salt.
