For the yogurt
400 grams Strawberries
2 Tbsps sugar
400 grams Greek yogurt
100 grams Quark
1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

For the mint granita: Place the sugar and lemon juice in a pot with 400 ml (approximately 1 1/2 cups) water. Bring to a boil. Rinse the mint and shake dry. Remove the water mixture from the stove and add the mint. Allow to steep for 45 minutes. Place in a blender and puree. Put in a metal bowl and freeze for 3 hours. During the first 2 hours, stir the mixture vigorously with a fork every 30 minutes.

For the strawberry yogurt: Rinse the strawberries, cut into pieces, sprinkle with sugar and let stand briefly. In a bowl, stir the yogurt with the quark and lemon juice. Stir the strawberries into the yogurt mixture. Divide between dessert glasses.

For serving: Place the granita in the blender and puree again. Serve with the strawberry yogurt.
