Ingredients

2 ¼large ripe Strawberries
Vanilla beans
1 ½ ouncesCream cheese (13% fat)
¾ teaspoonsHoney
¾ tablespoonsShelled pistachio

Kitchen Utensils

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Mini food processor, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 Paper towel

Directions

Display mode:
1 Rinse strawberries and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into chunks and puree in a mini processor (or with an immersion blender).
2 Halve vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
3 Mix vanilla seeds with cream cheese, honey and strawberry puree in a  bowl until smooth. Chop pistachios and sprinkle over spread before serving.
