Preparation steps

Soften the gelatin in cold water. Rinse, hull and quarter the strawberries. Bring the strawberries to a boil with 30 g (approximately 1 ounce) of powdered sugar, stirring continuously and then simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. Pour into glasses and cool.

Mix the rest of the powdered sugar with 30 g (approximately 1 ounce) of the heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth. Beat the remaining heavy cream until stiff. Warm 4 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture in a saucepan and dissolve the gelatin in it. Stir the gelatin into the cream cheese mixture and fold in the whipped cream. Fill the glasses with it and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
