1 Tbsp lemon juice
50 grams powdered sugar
200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
200 grams Quark
100 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the strawberries. Set 4 strawberries aside for garnish. Puree the rest and pour through a fine sieve, stir with the lemon juice, powdered sugar, yogurt and quark. Beat the cream until stiff and fold in to the mixture.

Divide among serving bowls and serve garnished with the remaining strawberries.
