- ½ handful parsley
- 400 grams Beef (such as loin or hip)
- 10 grams ginger
- 2 Zucchini
- 300 grams Oyster mushrooms
- 4 Tbsps sesame oil
- salt
- Lemon pepper
- 1 pinch ground Cumin
- 1 pinch ground cilantro
- ½ Lime (for juice)
Preparation steps

Rinse parsley and shake dry. Chop coarsely and set aside. Rinse meat, pat dry and cut into bite-sized cubes. Peel ginger and grate finely. Rinse and dry zucchini, cut into 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) cubes. Clean oyster mushrooms, set some aside, cut the rest into pieces.

Heat oil in a wok or pan. Brown meat, add ginger, mushrooms and zucchini and saute, stirring, for about 5 minutes.

Season with salt, lemon pepper, cumin and coriander. Drizzle with lime juice.

Arrange beef on plates, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
