Peel and julienne the carrots. Rinse and trim the bell peppers. Halve and julienne. Rinse, trim, and julienne the peas. Rinse and drain the sprouts. Clean the mushrooms.
Peel the onion and garlic. Finely chop the garlic, and julienne the onion. Heat the oil in a wok, and sauté, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients in steps, starting with the carrots, then the peppers, and then the snow peas. Add the mushrooms and sprouts, and cook stirring constantly. Add the soy sauce and lime juice, and season to taste with pepper.
