- 1 carrot
- 2 yellow onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp sunflower oil
- 600 grams Ground steak (for tartar)
- 150 milliliters dry Red wine
- 800 grams peeled Tomatoes (canned)
- salt
- peppers
- ground paprika (sweet)
- 1 tsp dried oregano

Preparation steps
1.
Peel carrot, onions and garlic and chop into very small pieces.

Heat oil in a pot. Saute diced vegetables for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add steak tartare and saute until crumbly. Deglaze pot with wine.
3.
Add tomatoes with their liquid, season with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano. Simmer for 20-25 minutes on medium heat. Remove from heat, place into bowls and serve.
