- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cups Beef fillet (ready-to-cook, cut into strips)
- 2 onions (diced)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Beef stock
- ½ cup gherkins (diced)
- ⅞ cup Sour cream

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat on a high heat. Season with salt and ground black pepper then remove from the pan and fry the onions in the butter.
2.
Add the flour and quench with the stock. Stir well with a whisk so that no lumps are formed. Stir in the gherkins and simmer on a medium heat, stirring occasionally, for around 10 minutes until thick.
3.
Stir in the sour cream, season to taste and serve with the meat. Goes well with roast potatoes.
