2 tsps Mustard
3 Whole wheat baguettes
2 Lettuce
8 Anchovy fillet
1 scallion
5 small Pickled cucumbers (from a jar)

1 can Caviar
3 Tbsps Caper

Preparation steps

Peel the onions, chop finely, mix with the steak, egg yolk and mustard, and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the bread diagonally into slices. Top each disc with some salad and steak tartare. Rinse the anchovy in cold water, pat dry, then chop finely. Rinse and trim the scallion and cut into thin rings. Cut the pickles into strips.Place a dollop of caviar on the tartare. Garnish with anchovies, scallions, pickled gherkin and some chives and serve immediately.
