1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsps breadcrumbs
2 Tbsps olive oil (extra virgin)

350 grams green mild Peperoncino

Preparation steps

1.

Peel garlic and chop finely. Rinse parsley, dry and chop. Drain anchovies and chop. Mix vinegar, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, anchovies and oil together. Season with salt and pepper.

2.

In a large skillet, cook briefly until the breadcrumbs are golden yellow. Cut the tops off the Pepperoncini's and remove the cores. Fill with breadcrumb mixture and serve immediately, ideally with an aperitif.
