2 sour Apple
1 Red chili pepper
3 small onions
2 garlic cloves
½ tsp ground paprika
4 cloves
2 tsps Mustard seed
1 tsp peppercorns (black)
7 Tbsps White vinegar
200 milliliters white wine
100 grams jam sugar (3:1 ratio)
¼ tsp salt

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch the tomatoes briefly. Rinse in cold water and peel. Remove the seeds and dice the flesh.

Rinse the pepper and cut into narrow strips. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into small cubes.

Rinse the chili, cut in half and remove the seeds. Cut into fine strips. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Peel the onion, cut in half and then cut into strips.

Place the tomatoes, peppers, apples, chili, onion, and garlic in a large pot. Add the spices, wine, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well together. Bring to a boil and hold at a simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook for about 50 minutes at a low temperature, adding more wine as needed. Portion into prepared jars and let cool.
