1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Small pot with lid, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Tea strainer
Preparation steps
1.

Trim chile pepper, remove seeds, rinse and slice into thin rings.
2.

In a small pot, combine rosehips, rooibos tea, and chile pepper. Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil.
3.

Cover and simmer on low heat for 4-5 minutes. Strain through a sieve into a cup and add sweetener to taste.
