Nutritional values

Already in medieval monastic medicine rose hips were considered a natural remedy. Their high content of Viamin C supports the immune system. Chili gets the fat burning process going.

If you like, you can replace the roiboos with green tea. This way the drink has an even more stimulating effect on metabolism and circulation.
