- 500 grams waxy potatoes
- Bell pepper (1 each red and green)
- 200 grams cooked Smoked pork chop
- ⅛ l Beef broth (from a jar)
- 3 Tbsps grated Horseradish (from a jar)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp Sour cream
- 4 Tbsps Vinegar
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Scrub the potatoes thoroughly, cover with salted water and cook for 30 minutes. Cut bell peppers in half, remove the seeds, rinse and cut into wide strips. Heat broth and warm the smoked pork in the broth.
2.
Drain potatoes and let moisture evaporate. Peel potatoes and cut into slices. Take pork out of the broth and cut into cubes. Mix horseradish, oil and sour cream together and stir in the broth.
3.
Season sour cream mixture with vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Pour over the potatoes and let stand briefly. Add bell peppers and smoked pork, mix thoroughly and serve warm.
