- 750 grams small potatoes (Predominantly waxy)
- salt
- 200 grams green Beans
- 250 grams trimmed Smoked pork loin
- 200 grams button Mushroom
- 1 Red onion
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps grainy Mustard
- peppers
- 1 bunch Chives

Preparation steps
1.
Scrub potatoes thoroughly and cook for 15-20 minutes in salted water. Drain and peel, then cool and halve.

Rinse, trim and chop beans. Blanch in boiling salted water for 8 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water, drain well. Dice smoked pork. Clean mushrooms and cut into slices. Peel onion and cut into strips.
3.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Saute smoked pork, onion and mushrooms for a few minutes. Add potatoes and saute briefly. Add cream and mustard and simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse chives, shake dry and cut into small rings. Sprinkle over the dish and serve.
