- 1 small shallot
- 1 Tbsp dried rosemary
- 3 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 50 milliliters olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Finely chop the capers, olives, and anchovies. Peel and finely dice the shallot.

Mix the rosemary, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil in a small bowl. Mix in the finely chopped ingredients. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar.
