- 1 Red Pepperoncini
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves

Preparation steps

Peel the garlic and pass through a press into the olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then drizzle over the olives.

Rinse, trim, and finely dice the pepperoncino. Mix the pepperoncino into the olive mixture. Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours before serving.
