- 1 Mango
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 6 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 3 sheets Iceberg lettuce
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 250 grams Chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- 50 grams Tortilla chip
Preparation steps

Peel the mango and cut the flesh into slices to free from the pit. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Puree about 1/3 of the slices with the yogurt for the sauce.

Rinse the lettuce leaves, shake dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the chile, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into thin rings. Rinse the chicken, pat dry and cut into strips. Heat the oil in a pan and saute the chicken breast with the chile rings and about 5 minutes until golden brown and then season with salt. Mix the chicken with the mango slices and spoon into bowls. Top with the mango sauce and serve with tortilla chips.
