- 8 Tortillas
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Bell pepper (deseeded and cut into strips)
- 1 Red onion (sliced)
- 4 Chicken breasts (cut into strips)
- 1 red chili pepper (deseeded and chopped)
- 1 tsp hot Chili powder
- ⅔ cup plain Yogurt
- To garnish

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180C,350F, gas 4. Wrap the tortillas in foil and place in the oven for 10 – 15 minutes to warm.
2.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and fry the pepper and onion for 5 minutes until softened. Remove and set aside.
3.
Mix the chicken strips, chilli, chilli powder and remaining oil.

Reheat the pan and fry the chicken mixture for about 5 - 6 minutes until cooked through. Add the peppers and onions to the pan and cook for 2 minutes. Allow to cool.
5.
Stir the yoghurt into the cooled chicken mixture.
6.
To make the wrap: Place a tortilla on a plate and spread with the chilli chicken. Fold the base of the wrap over 1/3 of the chicken and fold in the sides. Garnish with coriander.
