250 milliliters Wine vinegar
600 grams sugar
1 Tbsp Cardamom
1 Red chili pepper
2 garlic cloves
2 stalks Celery
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the apples, quarter, remove the cores and cut into small cubes. Add the apples, wine vinegar, sugar and cardamom to a saucepan.

2.

Rinse, halve and thinly slice the chilli pepper. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Add the chilli pepper and garlic to the saucepan. 

3.

Rinse the celery, slice thinly and add to the saucepan. Bring everything to a boil and simmer for about 40 minutes. 

4.

Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper and ladle into prepared jars. Seal the jars, allow to cool completely and store in the refrigerator.
