250 grams sugar

1 tsp freshly grated Nutmeg
2 tsps Cocoa
200 grams Pastry flour
600 small new potatoes
400 grams Chocolate frosting

Preparation steps

Grind the almonds in a food processor. In a bowl, beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff. Gently fold in the cinnamon, nutmeg, cocoa and almonds. Fold in the flour. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Distribute the wafers on a baking sheet.

With floured hands, form the dough into cherry-sized spheres, put on top of the wafers and flatten slightly. the spice go nuts on baking and run slightly apart. Bake in the middle rack in the oven for about 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Then coat with the chocolate icing and decorate with sprinkles.
