100 grams almonds

Preparation steps

Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside. In a skillet, melt the butter until foamy then add the sugar and cook over medium-low heat until slightly caramelized. Stir in the parsley, basil, chile flakes and almonds and swirl the pan until well combined. Carefully (the sugar is very hot) pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and let cool.
