4 egg yolks
150 milliliters Whipped cream
freshly ground peppers
150 grams Smoked bacon
1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp olive oil
50 grams freshly grated Parmesan
4 Tbsps chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente.

Mix the egg yolks and cream in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, and whisk until combined. Finely dice the bacon. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the bacon. Add the onions and garlic, sauté briefly, then mix in the drained spaghetti. Remove the pan from the heat, mix in the egg-cream mixture, and toss to combine.

Arrange the pasta on plates, sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and parsley, and serve.
