1 Lime (juiced)
1 walnut-sized ginger (chopped)
½ tsp black Mustard seed
1 Tbsp toasted Sesame seeds
1 tsp Coriander
2 Tbsps sesame oil
4 cups white fish fillets (cut into large pieces)
1 white onion (chopped)
½ tsp ground Turmeric
1 cup Coconut milk
4 Tomatoes (seeds removed, diced)
1 ¼ cups Basmati rice
6 sprigs cilantro (4 to garnish, 2 finely chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Mix the lime juice with the ginger and mustard, sesame and coriander seeds. Add the fish and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cook the rice according to the directions on the packet.
3.
Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet. Remove the fish from the marinade, season with salt and fry on a medium heat for 5 minutes, turning carefully just once.
4.
Remove the fish and fry the onions in the skillet and sprinkle with turmeric. Add the remaining marinade and quench with coconut milk. Bring to a boil and then add the tomatoes.
5.
Place the fish in coconut sauce and heat for 2 minutes. Season with salt.
6.
Serve the fish curry on the basmati rice, sprinkle with the chopped coriander and garnished with the coriander sprigs.
