- 125 grams Pastry flour
- 200 milliliters milk
- salt
- 2 eggs
- 40 milliliters Canola oil
- 1 handful Dill
- 150 grams cream cheese
- 2 Limes
- salt
- peppers
- 200 grams Smoked salmon
Preparation steps

Whisk together the flour, milk, a pinch of salt and the egg. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, ladle batter into pancakes and cook on each side for about 2 minutes. Bake pancakes until all dough is used.

Rinse the dill, shake dry, put some aside for garnish, finely chop the rest. Rinse the limes in hot water, cut one lime into slices and put aside. From the second zest the peel and squeeze the juice. Mix the lime juice and zest with dill and cream cheese, season with salt and pepper.

Spread the cream cheese on the pancakes and place the salmon on top. Curled and cut into 2 cm (approximately 1 inch) wide rolls. Depending on thickness, thread three rolls on a kebab skewer. Garnish with the remaining dill and lime wedges.
