- 3 Tbsps milk
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 50 grams shrimp
- 2 scallions
- 2 Tbsps slivered almonds
- 4 Tbsps finely chopped red onions
- salt
- white peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Purée shrimp with chopped onions, quark, creme fraiche, lemon juice and milk. Rinse, trim and thinly slice scallions. Toast almonds in a dry pan. Season shrimp dip with salt and pepper and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with scallions and toasted almonds.
2.
Serve dip with sliced cucumber, radishes and carrots. If desired, serve with pita triangles.
