½ lemon

1 tsp Wasabi (powder or paste)
½ tsp sugar

For the shrimp
24 shrimp (peeled and deveined)
butter
salt

24 Wooden skewers

Preparation steps

1.

For the dip, zest and juice lemon and mix with mayonnaise, yogurt, wasabi and sugar. Season dip with salt and pepper and refrigerate.

2.

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a pan and gently fry shrimp over low heat 3-4 minutes. Season shrimp with salt and pepper and thread individually on wooden skewers. Garnish dip with lemon zest and pepper and serve with shrimp.
