Preparation steps

Peel and finely dice the onion. Rinse and finely chop the herbs.

Mix the vinegar, broth, sugar, and both types of oil in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and whisk until thoroughly combined.

Mix in the herbs and the onions, stir until combined, and serve.
