- 2 Tbsps Orange juice
- freshly ground peppers
- 5 Tbsps Sherry vinegar
- 80 milliliters olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- salt
- 40 grams peeled Walnut

Add the mustard and orange juice in a bowl, and season with to taste with the pepper.

Whisk the mixture until thoroughly combined.

Add the vinegar, and whisk until combined. Gradually incorporate the oil in a thin stream, whisking constantly.
