6 tomatoes (quartered and de-seeded)
6 cups Whole milk
10 cubes Ice
1 Orange (juiced and zest finely pared)
sun-dried tomatoes (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Blend the tomatoes with 400 ml of the milk in a blender until smooth. Add the ice cubes and blend well again.
2.
Add the orange juice and the rest of the milk and continue to blend until smooth.
3.
Pour into serving glasses and garnish with a little sun-dried tomato and some orange zest.
