- 500 grams lean Pork butt (boneless)
- 2 onions
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 50 grams diced ham
- 1 packet Frozen mirepoix blend (75 g)
- 1 Tbsp Tomato paste
- 500 milliliters Instant broth
- 1 can Sauerkraut (850 ml)
- 1 pair Krakow Sausage
- salt
- peppers
- Caraway
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the meat into small cubes. Peel and dice the onions. Heat the oil in a pot. Add the meat, onions and ham, and cook until lightly browned. Stir in greens and tomato paste. Add the broth and sauerkraut, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.

Slice the sausage. Add the sausage to the stew, and season with salt, pepper and caraway to taste. Cook for another 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
