- 200 grams Sauerkraut
- 50 grams Smoked bacon
- 200 grams Pork
- 100 grams potatoes
- 50 grams onions
- 1 l water
- 30 grams Mushrooms
- 100 milliliters Sour cream
- 5 tsps sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- freshly ground peppers
- allspice
- 1 tsp sweet ground paprika
- 1 garlic clove
Preparation steps

Cut the bacon into cubes and fry in a dry pan. Chop the onion, add the bacon and saute until soft. Sprinkle with the paprika powder, then pour in the water. Add sauerkraut, salt, pepper, mushrooms, sugar, crushed garlic and sour cream. Stir and let simmer.

Cut the pork into cubes and add to the pan. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Add cooked potatoes to thicken the soup, then bring to a boil again. Season with salt and pepper and allspice and serve with bread.
