- 100 grams Radish (red and yellow)
- 100 grams Goat cheese
- 4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp spicy Mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- cayenne pepper

Preparation steps

Rinse and trim the lettuce and herbs. Cut the lettuce or herbs if necessary. Rinse and trim the scallions, then thinly slice. Rinse, trim, and slice the radishes.

Crumble the goat cheese, and mix loosely with the prepared salad ingredients. Mix the vinegar with 1-2 tablespoons of water, the mustard, honey, and olive oil Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper. Drizzle the salad with the dressing, and serve.
