Preparation steps

1.

Mix the cream cheese with the milk and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Rinse the chives and cut the stalks into short rolls. Stir half into the cream cheese. Rinse the radishes and cut into thin slices or microplane. Distribute the cream cheese in glasses and top with the radishes. To serve, garnish with the remaining chives and ground pepper.
