1 handful Chervil
¼ bunch Chives
1 handful parsley
9 ozs Ricotta cheese

4 Tbsps Canola oil
4 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
1 tsp medium hot Mustard
1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Clean and wash the radishes. Leave some green on the radishes; cut half of the radishes and the whole radish into thin slices. Peel the onion and cut into fine rings.

Wash chervil, shake dry and finely chop half of it. Wash the chives and parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Mix ricotta with chopped chervil, chives, parsley, salt, pepper and lemon zest and season to taste.

For the dressing, whisk oil with vinegar and mustard and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the radish and radish slices on plates with the whole radishes and onion rings. Use two spoons to form dumplings from the ricotta and add to the salad. Garnish with chervil leaves and drizzle with dressing.
