Ingredients

for

For the potato wedges
3 medium, baking potatoes
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsps crushed garlic cloves
2 tsps paprika
2 tsps ground Cumin
1 tsp ground Black pepper
To garnish
flat-leaf parsley
For the dip
8 Tbsps cream cheese
8 Tbsps Sour cream
1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)
1 tsp Onion salt
ground White pepper
3 tsps snipped Chives
Product recommendation
To give the dip an extra kick use cayenne pepper instead of white pepper.

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Grease a baking tray.

Cut each potato into 8 wedges. Put into a pan of boiling salted water and cook for 8 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool until warm.

Mix together the remaining ingredients (not those for the dip) in a bowl. Coat the potato wedges in the spicy paste and place on the baking tray, skin side down.
4.
Bake the potatoes for 25 minutes, until brown and crisp. Put into a serving bowl and garnish with parsley.
5.
For the dip: beat together all the ingredients, except the chives. Put into a serving bowl and sprinkle with the chives.
