Chinese Sweet Potato Fries
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet until golden brown.
Heat the honey and lemon juice in a pan and stir until smooth. Add the toasted sesame and let cool slightly.
Deep fry the sweet potato sticks in portions in hot oil for around 10 minutes until golden.
Arrange the sticks on a plate and drizzle with a little honey and sesame sauce. Serve the rest of the sauce as a dip.
