- 50 grams Sushi rice
- Iodized salt
- 1 tsp Raw cane sugar
- 2 Tbsps Rice vinegar
- 1 scallion
- 1 Tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp honey
- Wasabi
- 1 Nori seaweed (seaweed)
- 30 grams Trout roe
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- soy sauce
- pickled ginger
Preparation steps

Prepare rice with salt, according to package instructions. Stir in sugar and vinegar.

Let rice cool.
Rinse and thinly slice scallions. Heat Sake and honey in a pan and add scallions. Cook for about 1 minute.
Shape rice into elongated rectangles, tip with a bit of wasabi. Cut nori sheets into strips and place on top of rice. Top with roe and scallions.
Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan, then sprinkle onto sushi. Serve with soy sauce and ginger.
