Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F) (gas mark 3). Score the rind of roast pork crosswise. Rub the meat with salt and pepper. Insert the cloves into the cuts. Place the meat in a roasting pan and bake for 2 1/2 hours. After 45 minutes, pour in some water. Brush the roast with the cooking juices frequently during baking time.

Mix the mustard with the honey. Brush onto the roast for the last 20 minutes. Let sit for at least 15 minutes before cutting. Decorated with oranges and serve.
