1 paprika (green)
1 paprika (yellow)
1 bunch Basil
1 garlic clove
1 onion (White)
salt
peppers (White)
200 grams Feta (Feta)
250 grams Ricotta cheese
100 grams pecorino romano
2 Tbsps Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Wash bell peppers, cut in half and remove seeds and ribs.

Rinse basil, shake dry, pluck leaves from stems and finely chop after setting some aside for garnish. Peel onion and garlic, finely chop and mix with Pecorino in a blender. Finely grate feta and mix with Pecorino mixture, ricotta and cream. Mix in basil and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Fill pepper halves with mixture and garnish with basil to serve.
