Ingredients
1 kilogram Raspberries

1 Vanilla bean
500 grams jam sugar (2:1 ratio)

Preparation steps

1.

Wipe the raspberries to remove any debris. Rinse, only if necessary, because it can cause them to lose juice and absorb the water. Mix the raspberries with the lemon juice, slit vanilla bean, and the jam sugar. Set aside and let infuse for 30 minutes. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.

2.

Cook for 4 minutes, continuing to stir constantly. At this point the jam should begin to thicken. Remove from the heat and remove the vanilla bean. Fill the prepared jars to the brim with the jam. Seal tightly, and cool completely.
