Raclette is perfect for a cosy meal with friends or family. And can be as healthy and delicious as you like. Because potatoes provide starch, which satiates us for a long time and is good for the intestines.
If you like your raclette to be a little more colourful, you can use sweet potato instead of potato. You can vary your choice of cheese according to your own preference. Classic raclette cheese, for example, is also suitable for this pan.

- 800 grams waxy potatoes
- salt
- 100 grams Prosciutto
- 50 grams sun-dried Tomatoes (in oil)
- 50 grams black Olives (pitted)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- freshly ground peppers
- 150 grams Mozzarella
- 4 thyme
Preparation steps
Scrub potatoes and cook in salted water for about 30 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse in cold water, peel and cool slightly, slice.
Arrange potato slices with ham, coarsely chopped tomatoes and olives in four ramekins and sprinkle with oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut mozzarella into cubes and sprinkle over potatoes. Grill under a hot broiler for about 6-8 minutes, watching carefully. Remove from the oven and garnish with thyme. Serve.
