1 egg yolk
2 Tbsps chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Thaw the puff pastry. Cut the hams into cubes. Rinse and chop the scallions. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into quarters. Mix the sour cream, chopped scallions, and caraway with the ham, parsley, and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the thawed puff pastry in half. Roll out thinly. Place the filling in the center and roll the slices. Whisk the egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of warm water. Brush the egg wash on the edge of the pastry and fold in half. Seal the edges of the pocket. Place the pockets on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C (approximately 400°F).
