3 Tbsps Fruit Vinegar
½ tsp Mustard

Preparation steps

1.

Scrub the potatoes and cook for about 25 minutes. Drain, let moisture evaporate and halve or cut into wedges.

Peel garlic and chop finely.

For the salad dressing, whisk together vinegar, mustard and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Whisk in the oil and mix the dressing with the warm potatoes. Serve warm, sprinkled with chives.
