- 2 Tbsps Oil
- 6 cups Pork sausage
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 ½ cups milk
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 220°C (200° fan) 425°F gas 7.

Heat the oil in an ovenproof and flameproof dish on the hob and fry the sausages for 5 minutes until browned on all sides.
3.
Put the flour and salt into a mixing bowl and make a well in the centre. Break in the eggs and gradually work in half the milk, beating well until smooth. Beat in the rest of the milk.
4.
Pour the batter into the dish with the sausages and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until risen and golden brown. Serve immediately.
